When purchasing please make sure to enter the correct shipping address - street number, city, state, and zip code
JSlaysUnits is NOT liable for packages that are sent to the wrong address when address information is entered incorrectly. If your package has been delivered to the wrong address we ask that you check with your neighbors to see if it was accidentally delivered somewhere nearby.
It is very important to make sure that all contact information is as accurate as possible to avoid delays in processing your order. Thoroughly check your information provide a FULL first and last name, phone number, full address including apt or unit number. We do not ship to P.O Boxes at this time.

JSlaysUnits is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once the package has been dropped off and shipped out at UPS it is out of our control and all issues about package must be taken up to UPS Postal Service.
JSlaysUnits is not accountable for all for packages that are not traceable. Please check your tracking number for updates on when and where your package is located.

Our customers' satisfaction is #1 to us, we strive to provide quality hair and services. If there are any issues with your order/service after receiving/service is completed, we kindly ask you to inform us within 24-48 hrs to bring this issue(s) to our attention.
Please send an email with your confirmation number or invoice, pictures and let us know. No Exceptions. We do this to ensure customers are getting assistance in a timely manner and that your needs/concerns are being met, swiftly, respectfully, and promptly.

Booking Policy
APPOINTMENTS: In-studio appointments can be booked online up to 30 days in advance. Please be mindful, that deposits are not automatically taken at the time you book your appointment. Once you book your appointment an emailed invoice will be sent to you, once you've paid your invoice your appointment will be approved. Every online request requires approval. Please review your email or text messages for a confirmation link and receipt of your deposit. No deposit, no approval means that there is no appointment. If you have not received a response in 48 hours- please email us at Jslaysunits@gmail.com.
DEPOSITS: A $20 deposit is required & is NON-REFUNDABLE. Once you schedule your appointment check your EMAIL for the invoice to pay the deposit.
NO DEPOSIT = NO APPOINTMENT. You have 24 hours to pay the deposit. If not paid then your appointment will be canceled
- No call/No show will prevent you from ever booking with me & a fee will be charged.
LATE FEES: If you are late for your appointment, a $10 late fee may apply after 10 min or your appointment may be subject to cancellation.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Please cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. Otherwise, you will be responsible for 50% of the remaining balance. Your card on file will be charged half the amount, JSlaysUnits reserves the right to cancel and refuse future services. To cancel you can either email or leave a message on our site via the 24/7 Chat Support
CHARGEBACKS/ DISPUTED PAYMENTS: JSlaysUnits has a ZERO tolerance policy for fraudulent purchases and transactions. Clients that have chargebacks for deposits and/or for services rendered will be accessed a $35 dispute fee in addition to the amount owed. JSlaysUnits will also prosecute clients to the full extent of the law which can include civil/criminal court. JSlaysUnits has the right to refuse future services.

Please be mindful of our NO KIDS and NO EXTRA PEOPLE policy. Your hair must be freshly washed and dry. I will grease your scalp as I work. I have the right to deny your appointment if your hair does not meet the requirements.
