  • ​JSlayBundles are typically between 95-100g. For a full sew-in look we suggest 3-4 bundles.

  • All units are machine made.

    ​Units and bundles are made to last up to 2-3 + years with proper care.

  • Due to high amounts of order the processing time for all machine made custom units are 7-21 days. Shipping for custom units is 2-10 business days.

  • Once your order has been processed it will be shipped out within 2-5 days. Shipping takes 2-10 business days.

  • ​Rush Priority processing is 7-10 business days for custom units. For bundles our priority shipping is 2-5 business days.

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email and tracking number once your order has been processed

    All major Credit Cards are accepted. A processing fee may apply for all credit card payments. Additional verification maybe required to prevent fraud. These are only preventive security measures.

  • Yes. All appointments require a $20 non refundable deposit. All deposits are non-refundable but they are transferable to a new date. If you have trouble booking online you use the 24/7 Chat to contact Slay Babe our automated response system.

  • Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product and sanitary reasons, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. JSlaysUnits reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time. If your package was received with damaged goods, shortages, or any discrepancies this must be reported within 24-48 hours from receipt of delivery, No Exceptions. Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen orders. Any charges for returned orders due to customer error (incorrect address, refused/undeliverable orders, etc.) will be the responsibility of the customer.
